Chrisoula Papalexi is the kind of manager one would like to find in every hotel. She effectively cares about her guests with a smile, while also preparing and serving all the breakfast delicacies that made her famous.
In 2004 Chrisoula and her husband Kostas Papalexi took over the previous management of Bruno Perrocco, who had been offering first-class hospitality at Hotel Ganimede since 1966.
Chrisoula has continued the tradition of offering home-made jams and chutneys, based on secret recepies inherited from the former management but also adding her own new flavours and tastes. |

In Greek mythology, Ganimede is a divine hero. He was a Trojan prince, son of the eponymous Tros of Dardania and of Callirrhoe.
Ganimede was the most handsome among mortals, by reason of which he was abducted by Zeus in the form of an eagle to serve as cupbearer to the gods and as Zeus' lover.
