Breakfast at Hotel Ganimede includes a selection of fresh bread, an assortment of home-made jams and chutneys, an extraordinary fresh orange juice, a cake with its dedicated lemon curd filling, ham, cheese, olive paste, hummus, fresh fruits, your choice of eggs, and either cappuccino, coffee or tea.
Products come from the Galaxidi countryside and are carefully selected. The bread is made by Kostas and the cake by Chrisoula, the two owners of the hotel. When the weather is good (as it mostly is), breakfast is served in the garden.
Gracious service and a soft music background are additional ingredients that make the pleasure of being there even more intense.
